介绍了河北省电子商务发展的现状,针对出现的基础设施不完善、标准化程度低、电子商务意识淡薄,专业人才匮乏以及物流配送体系不健全等问题,提出完善网络基础设施建设工作、加强农产品标准化体系建设、提高电子商务的意识,加强电子商务人才培养建议。

The article introduced the current situation of e-commerce development of Hebei.
