不同土壤管理方式对库尔勒香梨果实产量和品质的影响

Effects of Different Soil Managements on Yield and Quality of Korla Pear Fruit

对新疆南部果园不同土壤管理方式下香梨果实产量和品质进行了测定分析,结果表明,与清耕处理相比,梨园生草和覆盖后能有效提高果实单果质量和产量,表现为生草>覆盖>免耕>清耕,生草和覆盖处理的梨果实达到标准果形。生草和覆盖处理的可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比、维生素C含量较清耕处理都有一定程度的提高,但果形指数、果实硬度和可滴定酸含量低于清耕处理。

Inorder to study the different soil management mode in the Korla pear orchards in the south of Xinjiang, its influence on Korla pear fruit yield and quality were analyzed. The results indicated that the treatments of growing grass and covering straw effec- tively enhanced the fruit yield and quality compared with clean tillage, and showed the order of growing grass〉covering straw〉no- tillage〉clean tillage. The fruit of the treatments reached standards of pear fruit shape, growing grass and covering straw improved soluble suger, soluble suger, acid and vitamin C content, but hardness and titratable were lower than clean tillage.
