摘要
为了筛选出最适果蝇生长的培养基,以遗传实验室饲养的4种果蝇为试验对象,比较了5种不同培养基对果蝇生长发育周期和繁殖后代的影响,结果筛选出了水果培养基和改进的玉米粉培养基,对比得出前者所培养的果蝇三龄幼虫个体明显较大,生长周期也较后者缩短1d左右,而后者所培养的果蝇子代数量要多于前者。
To choose good culture of Drosophila, the main genetic laboratory in our hospital for the experimental breeding of the four Drosophila object, by comparing the 5 - different media on the growth and development of Drosophila reproduction cycle and the im- pact of selected media and improvement of fruit corn Powder formulations of two media, and by further experiments comparing the former culture obtained from Drosophila larval size is relatively larger, the growth cycle of a day or so shorter than the latter.
