摘要
目的:介绍多因素复合环境模拟医学科学实验舱的制冷系统。方法:分析实验舱制冷系统的结构、工作原理、流程及制冷降温实验。结果:在环境温度为24℃情况下,用时约4.5 h实验舱温度从常温降到了-50℃,用时2 h缓冲舱温度降到了-30℃。结论:多因素复合环境模拟医学科学实验舱的制冷系统运行正常,其性能能够满足设备的技术指标要求。
Objective To investigate the refrigeration system of medical science laboratory module on simulation of multi-factor and complex environment.Methods The system structure,working principle,process and the cooling experiment of the refrigeration system were analyzed.Results The temperature of the laboratory module was down to-50℃ from room temperature within about 4.5 hours and the temperature of the buffer tank was down to-30℃ within 2 hours when the environment temperature was 24 ℃.Conclusion The refrigeration system operates well,the performance of which can meet the technical requirements of the equipment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):3-4,10]
