摘要 目的:研制一种新型高性能的静脉输液监测报警系统。方法:该系统由数据采集模块、数据处理模块、显示和报警模块组成。数据采集模块采用光-电方式采集信号,由1个红外发光二极管提供光源,3个红外接收管呈-30°、0°、30°角排列接受光线。数据处理模块为双核设计,并且开发了与目前临床输液实际相匹配的高级程序,支持最多可达256床位同时输液的全程实时监控及报警。结果:智能化输液报警器经临床试验,能进行静脉输液全程监测及报警,减低医护人员的劳动强度,保证输液的精确性和安全性,提高静脉输液的安全性。结论:该智能化输液报警器设计合理,操作简单,能实现多床位同时输液的全程监控和报警,可靠性好,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To develop a new intelligent monitoring system for transvenous infusion.Methods This system was consisted of data collecting parts,data management parts and alarming parts.Data acquisition module used optical-electrical method to collect the signal from the light provided by an infrared light-emitting diode,and the three infrared receivers were arranged to-30 °,0 °,30 ° angle to accept light.Data processing module was designed with dual-core,and the senior program matched to current clinical transfusion practice was developed,which could support the whole real-time monitoring and alarm up to 256 beds while infusing in the same time.Results The system could reduce the working intensity of medical personnel,improve accuracy,reliability of transvenous infusion,and ensure the safety of patients during the total course of transvenous infusion.Conclusion The system is worthy to popularize in clinic with the advantages of reasonable design,convenient manipulation,and excellent accuracy and reliability.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):11-14]
