摘要
目的:探讨新医改背景下医院数据中心建设的现状与发展。方法:通过对医院计算数据的分类,结合国家新医疗体制改革的背景下医院信息化建设的趋势,提出了数据中心建设的新技术路线:应用前沿的虚拟化计算技术实现数据分类集中管理;建设灵活、实用和可操作性强的应急灾备机制。结果:医院数据中心建设能够提高数据存储的集中性和可管理性,以满足医院7×24 h业务连续性和数据完整性的要求。结论:医院信息系统可满足未来电子病历、区域医疗等软件系统运行的硬件需求及数据保护等安全需求。
Objective To discuss the status and development tendency of data center construction in domestic hospital under the new health care reformation.Methods Through sorting the hospital computing data,combined with the informationization construction trend under Chinese new health care reformation,new technology routes for the data center construction were put forward,including the classified and centralized management of the data realized by the advanced virtualization computing technique,and the construction of flexible,practical and operable emergency disaster recovery mechanisms.Results The construction of hospital data center could improve the centrality and management performance of data storage to satisfy the hospital＇s desire for the 7×24h continuity and data integrity.Conclusion Hospital information system（HIS） can meet the hardware needs for the future implementation of electronic medical records,regional medical software system,etc and the security requirements of data protection.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33（6）：33-36]
