摘要
目的:改善医院门诊的就诊环境和服务质量。方法:通过软、硬件2个方面实现医生呼叫和对显示设备的单独控制,并根据需要增加相应的专用服务器设备。结果:医院实施分诊叫号系统后,优化了服务流程,提高了服务效率和质量。结论:通过该系统有序的管理,医疗秩序更加规范,进一步树立了良好的医院形象。
Objective To improve the environment and service quality of outpatient department.Methods The doctor's call and the separate control of display device were realized in the software and hardware,and the corresponding special server equipment was added according to the demand.Results After the implementation of the number calling triage system,the services flow was optimized and the service efficiency and quality of were improved.Conclusion With the orderly management of the system,the medical order of the hospital can be more standardized,and a good image of the hospital can be established.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):43-44]
