摘要
从合成氨原料出发,论述了煤在合成氨原料种类中的主要地位。根据不同的煤种和不同的条件选择煤气化的炉型;把先进的低温甲醇洗、液氮洗净化流程与"小氮流程"作了一个简单比较。对于新建合成氨装置,提出根据不同气化方式、产品方案及净化方式,确定工艺组合方式。
From raw material of ammonia, elaborate the predominated position of coal in some kinds of raw material to produce ammonia. According to the different coals and different conditions of gasification furnaces, briefly compare with advanced rectisol process, liquid nitrogen wash process and small ammonia processes. Propose processes combination based on different gasification, products and purification for new ammonia plants.
