摘要
为了获得具有较好分散性的粉体以满足陶瓷成型要求,采用不同含量的硬脂酸球磨改性ZTA粉体.研究表明:通过对粉体的处理,使硬脂酸中的羧基(—COOH)与粉体中的羟基(—OH)发生反应,使粉体由极性变成了非极性.粉体分散性和流动性有较大的改善,平均粒径也有所降低.
In order to get ceramic powder with better dispersity to meet the requirement of ceramic product formation, stearic acid was introduced to improve the powder properties. After treatment, the pow- der shows better dispersibility and flowability and the average diameter decreases also. It is concluded that a covalent bond is formed between hydroxyl group of ZTA surface and carboxyl group of stearic acid,and the polar powder changes to nonpolar after the treatment.
