摘要
通过对环形线圈磁感应强度的电磁场分析,设计实现符合ISO 14443国际标准的射频IC卡读写器天线.根据实际需要将国民技术2.4GHz微波段射频偶极子天线放置于13.56MHz射频天线中,整合成双模射频IC卡读写器天线,为公共交通卡和RF-SIM卡手机支付业务提供支持.
The RF-related design of proximity control device (PCD) was consided. Based on the working mode of inductively coupled passive RF systems and detailed theoretical description of electromagnetic field (EMF), an algorithm was created for calculating magnetic flux density and antenna terminal voltage of near-field PCD and integrated circuit (IC) card. The IC card being used is in accordance with ISO 14443 standard and together with 2.4 GHz antenna module provided by the ZTEIC, the need for subway AFC system's turnstiles can be fulfilled by providing the authority with dual-mode radio frequency PCD.
