中药联合达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 [目的]观察中药联合达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。[方法]多囊卵巢综合征患者(存在高雄激素血症)60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予达因-35加补肾化痰活血中药治疗,对照组予达因-35治疗,治疗3个月后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组疗效差异有显著意义,两组患者黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)值均较治疗前明显下降。治疗后两组患者T值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中药联合达因-35可明显改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床症状及性激素值,临床疗效显著。
