摘要
用叶片和茎段为外植体诱导获得的圆叶椒草芽苗,进行其增殖及生长初步研究。结果表明:适于圆叶椒草芽苗增殖和生长的培养条件为:MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L IBA+3%蔗糖+5g/L琼脂+(20±1)℃;适于芽苗生根的培养基为:White+2 mg/L IBA+3%蔗糖+5 g/L琼脂;1/10 Hoagland营养液适于试管苗的液体培养。
The shoots induced from leaves and stems of Peperomia obtusifolia were studied preliminarily for the multiplication in the present work. The results showed that the culture conditions suitable for multiplication and growth of the shoots were MS ＋ 2 mg/L 6 - BA ＋ 0.5 mg/L IBA ＋ 3% sucrose ＋ 5 g/L agar. White ＋ 2 mg/L IBA ＋3% sucrose ＋5 g/L agar gave the best effect for root induction. In addition, 1/10 Hoagland nu- trient solution was suitable for the liquid culture of Peperomia obtusifolia plantlets.
