新农村公共服务设施规划初探——以安宁市八街街道二街集中规划区为例

Preliminary Study of New RuraI Public Service Facility Planning:Acase study of the Erjie Key Village Bajie District,in Anning City

以云南省安宁市八街街道二街集中规划区公共服务设施规划为例,通过现状分析,确定村庄规模和人口数量,依据居住区公共服务设施设置指标,对行政管理、教育、医疗卫生、商业服务等设施的设置分别作了详细的规划,最后得出规划建设的建议,为新农村居住区公共服务实施规划设计提供依据。

Taking the public service facilities planning of the Erjie Key Village Bajie district, in Anning city, Yunnan prov- ince for instance, the paper has analyzed the present situation, and then determined the village scale and population. The plan based on indicator of public service facilities allocation in dwelling district. And it has made the detailed design of the village administration, educational institution, medical establishment, Commercial service facilities, and other aspects. At last, came to the conclusion of the construction of the public service facilities plan. The paper has provided new ideas for the residential public service facilities design of the new rural construction.
