普光气田地面集输系统硫沉积原因分析及对策 被引量:9

摘要 普光气田天然气富含H2S和CO2,自投产以来,地面集输管线和设备装置硫沉积现象较为普遍,造成分酸分离器压差过大、节流阀堵塞、排液不畅等问题,直接影响到气井正常生产。通过对硫堵情况较严重的P3011-1井现场勘察和原因分析,依托集气站原有流程利用硫溶剂加注配套工艺进行现场硫溶剂加注作业,最终使分酸分离器前后压差恢复至正常范围,下游集输管线及设施硫沉积现象基本消除,外输天然气气质得到改善,效果明显。硫溶剂加注配套工艺的成功应用,为解决普光气田及同类高含硫气田地面集输系统硫沉积问题提供参考。 H2S and CO2 are rich in natural gas produced in Puguang Gas Field.Since the gas field was put into production,sulfur deposition is common in its surface gathering and transportation pipelines and equipment,which often results in too high pressure differential in acid separator,throttle plugging,impeded drainage and other issues and normal production of gas wells are affected directly.Field investigation and cause analysis are conducted on well P3011-1 with serious sulfur plugging.After applied is the sulfur solvent injection technology to inject sulfur solvent in the gas gathering station,the pressure differentials upstream and downstream of the acid separator recover to a normal value,sulfur deposition in downstream gathering and transportation pipelines and equipment disappears basically and quality of natural gas product is improved significantly.Successful application of the sulfur solvent injection technology will provide valuable reference for eliminating sulfur deposition in surface gathering and transportation pipelines and equipment of Puguang Gas Field and similar high sour gas fields.
