摘要
随着油气田开发年限的不断增长,油气井产出液综合含水率逐渐升高,油套管及地面集输管线出现了腐蚀现象,严重影响了油气田安全生产和经济运行。针对油气田常用的20#、20G、16Mn、15CrMo四种钢材开展腐蚀影响因素、腐蚀性能评价实验研究,既具有理论意义也具有实用价值。在模拟气田产出液环境中设计正交试验,使用失重法研究了四种钢的腐蚀性能。研究表明在该腐蚀环境下,耐蚀性由好到差依次为20 G、20#、15 CrMo、16 Mn,对腐蚀影响最显著的因素按作用强度分别是温度、pH值、HCO3-和Cl-。
Selection of corrosion resistant materials is one of important ways for oil and gas field corrosion control,and especially for corrosion control of new-built oil and gas field surface gathering and transportation and processing system.Established is a model for gas field produced fluids environment,adopted are orthogonal experiments to study corrosion behaviors of such steels as 20G,20#,16Mn and 15CrMo and study results show that the order from good to bad of corrosion behaviors of such steels is 20G,20#,15CrMo and 16Mn in such environment,which can provide experiment basis for selection of corrosion resistant materials of oil and gas field surface gathering and transportation and processing system.
