套管气井口增压装置的研发

Study and Development of Pressurizer at Casing Gas Wellhead

摘要 为提高套管气增压装置的使用寿命,延长维护周期,消除对游梁抽油机运行安全的不利影响,对影响增压装置工作寿命的关键因素进行了研究,分析了增压装置运行过程中对抽油机反作用力的影响。通过研究增压装置工作原理、结构优化和现场运行工况,利用PRO/E软件进行模拟,明确了增压系统各部件的耐磨、耐腐蚀性以及密封材料的性能。研究结果表明,选用增压装置时,必须对影响游梁抽油机安全运行的因素予以考虑。 To prolong service life of pressurizer at casing gas wellhead,reduce repair and maintenance during operation and ensure the beam pumping unit operates properly,it is necessary to make clear some key factors affecting service life of the pressurizer and the counter acting force of the pumping unit affecting its service life.Analyzed are the working principle,structural improvement and site operation of the pressurizer,adopted is PRO/E software for simulation and results show that such factors as material wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the pressurizer and performance of sealing material have effect on service life of the pressurizer.It is pointed out that it is very necessary to consider its effects on the beam pumping unit when the pressurizer is selected.
