摘要 为解决指挥信息系统开发周期长与需求动态变化的矛盾,将质量功能展开方法引用到指挥信息系统软件建设领域。通过构建多级质量屋,将实际需求以瀑布形式逐次展开,直至分解到系统的每一个质量功能模块,将顾客语言转换为技术语言,为每一个质量功能模块提供统一的设计标准。实践结果证明:基于QFD的质量保证方法能实现以航天测控任务需求为驱动的软件开发过程的改进,保证软件开发量化的质量管理,使设计和开发的系统能真正满足实际航天测控任务需要。 To resolve the conflict of the long development period and changing-dynamically demands in command information system development, quality function deployment is applied to construction of command information system (CIS) software development. By constructing multilevel quality home, deploy the actual needs base waterfall form gradually, and up to analyzing every quality function module of the CIS. The customer's languages are transformed into the technique languages so as to provide every quality function module with the uniform design standard. The result shows that the quality assurance based on QFD implements the improvement of software development process driven by needs of aerospace TT&C missions, ensures quality management of software development in quantifying, and enables the designed and developed CIS meet requirements of actual aerospace TT&C missions.
