According to the single and homogenization situation of the Chinese and minority language translation talents training, this paper puts forward the concept of Chinese and minority language translation talents training plurality. And it analyzes and discusses the characteristics, the modes and the curriculum modularization of Chinese and minority language translation talents training diversity and so on.
