《滨海高新区综合管网三维规划管理系统》的研究与实现

The Research and Implementation for Three-dimensional Planning and Management Syestem of Pipeline Network in the Binhai New Area

管网三维规划管理是当前城市规划管理的热点之一,针对当前城市规划管理在地下管网控制方面的不足,滨海高新区规划尝试以推行管网三维审批为突破口,逐步实现管网规划管理的三维化。本文简要介绍了"滨海高新区综合管网三维规划管理系统"的目标、结构及功能,详细阐述基于ArcGIS和三维技术(VRGIS)的综合管网规划管理系统的设计,并对系统的具体实现进行了探讨,为此类应用系统的建设提出了一种实用的方案。

Currently three-dimensional pipeline planning administration is a hot spot in urban planning.In allusion to the limitation of pipeline control in city planning management,The Planning bureau of TianJin BinHai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Area tried practising the three-dimensional pipeline management through the pipeline three-dimensional examination and approval.This paper introduced the object sturcture and functions of ＂three-dimensional pipeline planning administration system In THIP＂.The design of pipeline management system based on ArcGIS and three-dimensional technique（VRGIS） is described.On the system concrete realization are discussed.It puts forward a practical scheme For this kind of application.
