建设学习型党组织是新形势下加强和改进党的建设的重大举措。高校作为文化传承、知识传播与创新的重要基地,在推进学习型基层党组织建设中具有得天独厚的学习资源和条件,理应在"学习型党组织"建设中走在前列。本文从加强高校学习型基层党组织建设的必要性和重要性出发,提出了加强高校学习型基层党组织建设的几点意见。
