改善广东省中学教师健康状况的对策研究

On the improvement of the Health Condition of Middle School Teachers in Guangdong Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对广东省9个城市18所中学的540名中学教师的健康状况进行调查研究,并针对广东中学教师的健康现状以及其影响因素,提出增强健康意识、减轻各种压力、培养良好的生活习惯、加强体育锻炼等具体的措施,望能对改善中学教师健康状况以及为上级管理部门制定适宜的措施提供一定的参考。

With various research methods,the investigation into 540 middle school teachers from 18 schools in 9 cities shows that these teachers health condition cannot be described as good;such factors as severe work pressure and lack of exercises launch bad influence on their health,based on this such a situation,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
