摘要
新疆饮食文化是新疆地域文化中不可或缺的一部分,带有浓郁的民族区域性特征,具有独特的个体差异性。"馕"是新疆饮食文化的代表,极具地域民族特色。本文讨论了"馕"的翻译的几个版本,运用图示理论探讨了翻译中的文化元素处理问题。
Xinjiang dietetic culture is an indispensable part of Xinjiang regional culture and Xinjiang snacks with local ethnic characteristic play an important role in Xinjiang dietetic culture."Nang——Uyghur roast bread" is a typical example of Xinjiang snacks with ethnic characteristic.The paper discusses several English versions of this snack name and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these versions by resorting to schema theory,attempting to find a way to deal with the translation of Xinjiang snacks with ethnic characteristic.
