The Postmethod proposed by professor Kumaravadivelu is a novel result in foreign language teaching.The Postmethod has three parameters： ＂particularity＂,＂practicality＂,＂possibility＂,and ten macro-strategies to enlighten the thinking of English teaching.This paper offers a guide to the English teaching in ethnic vocational schools,helping teachers to break through the dilemma,combine theory and practice reasonably.
