子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕妊娠31例分析

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠治疗方面的应用。方法:回顾性分析31例子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕妊娠患者的病例资料。结果:3例行瘢痕妊娠物楔形切除术。1例行次全子宫切除术。27例予UEA后行B超引导下刮宫术成功。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术是治疗瘢痕妊娠的有效方法。

Object： To evaluate the effect of Uterine artery embolization in caesarean scar pregnancy. Method： 31 cases of caesarean scar pregnancy from January 2008 to January 2012 retrospectively analysed. Result： Three cases were treated with wedge resectiom of scar lesions in lower uterine segmen. One case was treated with subtotal hysterectomy. Twenty -seven cases were performed UAE first and had induced abortion with B -ultrsaud. Conclusion： The uterine artery embolization is a valuable treatment to cesarean scar pregnancy.
