摘要
目的:总结分析社区获得性肺炎的临床特点和诊治措施。方法:2011年1～12月收治社区获得性肺炎患者58例,对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:多数患者临床症状与体征不典型,具有合并症多,治疗难度大、风险大等特征。结论:社区获得性肺炎在治疗同时应加强基础疾病治疗,预防并发症。
Objective： to summarize and analyse the clinical trait and treatment measures of community - acquired pneumonia. Methods： Retrospective analysis on clinical data of 58 community - acquired pneumonia between January and December 2011. Results ： Most of the clinical signs and symptoms in patients with atypical, with complications, treatment is difficult, risky, and other features. Conclusion： In the treatment of patients with community -acquired pneumonia should strengthen the underlying disease, prevention of complications.
