糖尿病肾病与尿微量白蛋白的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究尿微量白蛋白在早期诊断糖尿病肾病的临床意义。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者62例,检测其尿微量白蛋白(MAL),并与正常对照组做比较。结果:正常对照组的尿微量白蛋白阳性率0%,糖尿病组阳性率51.61%,两组间有非常显著意义;在糖尿病组中,男性尿微量白蛋白阳性率54.29%,女性阳性率48.15%,两组间无显著性差异,尿微量白蛋白与性别无关;在糖尿病组中,病程越长,尿微量白蛋白阳性率越高。结论:糖尿病患者要定期检查尿微量白蛋白,及时治疗,可预防和延迟糖尿病肾病的发生。
