跟骨结节骨折不同内固定治疗疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨不同手术方式治疗跟骨结节骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾分析跟骨结节骨折患者37例(41足),采用钢丝张力带内固定19例(21足),Arthrex全螺纹生物可吸收型带线锚钉内固定18例(20足),比较两组术中和术后四项指标并进行统计学分析。结果:比较两组的手术时间、外固定时间、负重行走时间、Mar-yland足部评分等差异均有统计学意义。结论:锚钉内固定相较钢丝张力带内固定,具有手术创伤小、操作简单快捷、固定牢靠、术后足部功能恢复快、避免二次内固定取出等优点,是治疗跟骨结节骨折的理想选择。 Objective: To discuss the clinic effect of treatment of calcaneus nodule fracture by different surgeries. Methods:we reviewed the history of 41 feet ( 37 cases ) about calcaneus nodule fracture, 21 feet (19cases) were fixed internally by steel - wire tension belt; 20 feet ( 18 cases) were fixed internally by Arthrex fail thread biological absorbable fasciole rivet, contrast four indexes and give statistical analysis during operation and after operation. Results:To compare the operation time, external fixation time,walking time with burden, feet grade with Maryland between 2groups. The difference between 2groups is significant. Conclusions: Internal fixation by rivet is better than steel - wire tension belt with such advantages as smaller wound surface, simpler operation, firmer fixation, faster recovery, no taking out the internal fixation secondly. It is ideal choice to treat calcaneus nodule fracture.
