儿童全血微量元素534例检测结果分析

目的:了解参加体检的儿童体内微量元素水平,为更好地做好营养及保健提供指导。方法:随机抽取0～10岁534名儿童的血样,采用原子吸收光谱仪检测铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、锰(Mg)、铁(Fe)和铅(Pb)元素的含量,并做统计分析。结果:缺铁异常率58.2%,其次为锌26.0%、锰14.2%,而钙基本正常,铜几乎不缺,微量元素异常率除锌元素女31.4%高于男23.0%外(P<0.05),其他元素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄段6种元素异常无统计学意义;铅元素各年龄段均有一定异常,总体异常率21.3%。锌和铅元素与多种元素有高度相关关系。结论:儿童铁、锌缺乏率较高,提示应关注儿童营养均衡,补充必需的微量元素;铅增高,应注意儿童的生活环境,多吃排铅食品,必要时进行药物排铅。

Objective：To know the microelements level of children and provide guidance about nutrition and heahhcare. Methods：The blood contents of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe and Pb of 534 children aged 0 to 10 years who came to our center for somatoscopywere detected with Atomic absorption spectrometer. Results： In all age groups children, the main shortage was Fe, abnormal rate wasapproaching 58. 2% , following was Zn （ 26. 0% ） ,then Mg（ 14.2% ） ,while Ca was normal basically, Cu was almost suited. Each microelement＇sabnormal rate between girls and boys had significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05） besides of Zn , abnormal rate of Zn ingirls（31.4% ）was higher than that in boys （23.0%）, while others had not statistical significance（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Abnormal rate of six microelementsin different age groups had not statistical significance. The microelement of Pb in different age groups had certain anomalies, overall abnormalrate was 21.3%. Zn and Pb had significantly correlated to multi microelements. Conclusion： The obvious shortage of Fe and Zn inchildren suggests that we should give more attention on childreng nutrition balance and the supplement of essential microelements. The rising level of Pb revealed that childreng living environment should aroused people＇s concern. It＇s helpful if children eat more excreting lead foodor be gave some medicine on occasion in order to facilitate lead excretion.
