摘要
目的:探讨银杏痤疮水外用治疗痤疮的疗效。方法:随机选取近期收治痤疮患者60例,治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组给予自制的银杏痤疮水外用,对照组给予2%氯霉素酊剂外用,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93%,对照组70%,两组疗效比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:自制的银杏痤疮水外用治疗痤疮效果显著,疗效优于2%氯霉素酊剂。
To explore the effect of Ginkgo water topical acne treatment of ac he. Methods ： Recent treatment of 60 patients with acne patients in oar hospital, 30 cases of the treatment group, control group of 30 cases, group made by giving Ginkgo in patients with acne treated water for external use,control group given 2% chloramphenicol tincture for external use, observation of therapeutic effect of two groups. Total effective rate of 93%. Results： In the treatment group, control group of 70%, two group comparison of difference has significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Of homemade acne ace treated by external application of water effect of Ginkgo biloba, the curative effect is better than 2% chloramphenicol tincture.
