摘要
目的:探讨原发性脑淋巴瘤的CT诊断特点。方法:回顾性分析9例经手术及病理证实的原发性脑淋巴瘤患者CT表现。结果:9例中7例单发,2例多发,幕上多见,多为圆形或不规则形,CT平扫多为高密度,无钙化,瘤周水肿相对较轻,CT增强多呈明显均匀强化。结论:结合CT表现和临床资料多可做出正确诊断。
Objective ：To evaluate the characteristics of brain lymphoma on CT imagining. Methods ： The CT imaging of 9 patients with brain lymphoma were studied. Results： CT imaging in 9 patients revealed a single focal lesion in 7, multiple focal lesions in 2. On noncontrast CT, the lesion showed high density, no calcification and slight edema. Marked contrast enhancement is seen at enhanced Ct imaging. Conclusion：CT is useful in the diagnosis of primary brain lymphoma.
