摘要
目的:了解福田区男性同性恋(MSM)艾滋病知晓率情况、高危行为方式,为该人群开展艾滋病防控工作提供依据。方法:2011年4月～6月在MSM经常活动场所对MSM问卷调查,且检测艾滋病、梅毒抗体。结果:调查者平均年龄29.9±7.6岁,89.8%过去6个月中有过同性肛交行为,34.5%有时使用安全套。过去6个月23%与女性有性交,其中40.2%从未使用安全套。艾滋病知识知晓率69.0%。结论:福田区男同艾滋病知晓率不高,普遍存在高危行为。该人群与女性无保护性行为可能会引起家庭内传播或转介到一般人群,提示对该人群尤其要在宣传教育上更具针对性干预,提高安全套的使用率。
Objective：To find out MSM （men who have sex with men） knowledge on AIDS control and their high risk behaviors and to provide evidences for the control of AIDS. Method： Surveyed on venues like park and bar, el, MSM were investigated to collect information on sociodemographic and high risk sexual behaviors from April to June in 2011 and the HIV/syphiliwere tested. Resuits：The average age of MSM subjects is 29.9 ＋ 7.6 years old. 89.9% of them had sex with men,34.5% of them using condom occasionally. 23% of them had sex with women also ,40.2% of whom had never used condom. The percentage of correct answer about knowledge on AIDS was 69.04%. Conclusion：The knowledge on AIDS is insufficient among them. A considerable proportion of MSM had heterosexual in course. Interventions to MSM should be strengthened to control HIV/STD transmission from MSM to female population. It is necessary to enhance the health education and implement behavior intervention among the MSM. K
