摘要
针对PID控制器在柴油机调速系统中存在的不足,本文以Matlab/Simulink软件为平台,建立了6135型柴油机离线仿真模型,并将模糊控制与PID控制相结合,提出一种比较完善的模糊PID控制器参数自整定算法。仿真结果表明,采用经典PID控制,瞬态调速率一般不小于7%,而在模糊PID控制下柴油机突卸或突加100%负荷,其瞬态调速率为5.4%,明显好于单一的PID控制。模糊自整定PID控制器使柴油机的控制效果提高显著,尤其在克服扰动方面效果明显。
This paper built an off-line simulation model of 6135 diesel engine using the software LAB/Simulink. A fuzzy PID parameter-self- tuning strategy was presented through the combin PID and fuzzy control. The analytical results show that the timing rate is generally greater than 7 MATuse Of by the implementation of traditional PID control while under fuzzy PID control strategy the timing rate could reach 5.4~ which is better than the performance of single PID control. Great improvement of the engine control performance was obtained by the implementation of fuzzy self-tuning strategy. In particular, it is effective on overcoming disturbance of load.
