老年痴呆脑电图分析

ANALYSIS ON THE ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAM OF PATIENTIS WITH SENILE DEMENTIA

目的:探讨老年性痴呆症患者脑电图表现及应用价值。方法:对90例已经临床诊断的老年性痴呆病人,和正常90例对照组进行脑电图检查。结果:90例中脑电图异常有81例,9例脑电图无明显异常,正常组90例中脑电图异常有14例,76例脑电图无异常改变。结论:脑电图对诊断老年性痴呆症具有一定的辅助作用。

Objective： To explore the change of electroencephalograms of patients with senile demention and the value of its application. Methods： The electroencephalograms were examined in 90 patients with senile demantia diagnosed clinically and 90 healthy elders. Results： 81 cases were abnormal in 90 patients with senile dementio diagnosed clinically. 9 cases were no obvious abnormal.In 90 healthy elders, 76 cases are normal, 14 abnormal.Conclusion： the electroencephalogram can help the diagnosis of semile dementia.
