高频脑电在癫癎源灶定位的研究进展

摘要 癫痫目前在我国的患者总数已经高达900多万人,并且发病率有逐年增长的趋势。根据影像学的诊断癫痫分为原发性癫痫和继发性癫痫。原发性癫痼是在影像学上没有大脑结构的改变,但是患者有明显的癫痫发作的症状和脑电图的异常。继发性癫痫影像学上显示脑结构的异常,同时有脑电图的异常。大约60%的患者可以控制发作,但长期使用抗癫痫药物又会产生毒性作用并且影响患者的认知功能.
