血气分析在体外循环手术围术期的应用及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价血气指标在体外循环(CPB)心内直视手术围术期监测的意义。方法对200例行体外循环心内直视手术的患者测定的800次血pH,BE,PCO2,PO2,K+,Ca2+结果进行分析。结果 (1)pH在正常和轻度异常占大多数,存在复杂酸碱平衡紊乱;(2)Ca2+及K+大部分在正常范围内;(3)PO2大多数高于正常。结论 CPB全过程监测电解质和血气分析变化,分析变化原因,随时调控各项指标,有助于提高手术成功率。 Objective To evaluate the significance of blood gas analysis as a monitor during the perioperative period of cardiopulmonary bypass open-heart surgery. Methods To analysis the outcomes of PH, BE,PCO2, PO2 and the levels of K ^+ or Ca^2+ in artery blood that were measured for 800 times in 200 cases during the perioperative period by blood gas analyzer. Results Among all the cases, majority of the outcomes were normal or and mild abnormal,mixed acidbase balance disturbances were existed;These tests showed that the most outcomes about the blood levels of K ^+ and Ca^2 + were within Normal Ranges. The tests indicated the outcomes of PO2 mostly higher than normal. Conclusion We shoulder master the law of the acidbase balance and the blood gas analytical changes in order to analysis the reasons of the difference and manage it well.
