左归丸与六味地黄丸对衰老大鼠抗自由基能力及P_(16)蛋白表达影响的比较研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的比较具有补泻不同配伍特点的两补阴方左归丸和六味地黄丸及两方共有"三补"药物组抗衰老作用机制。方法观察左归丸、六味地黄丸及两方共有"三补"药物组对D-半乳糖(D-gal)致亚急性衰老大鼠抗自由基能力和P16蛋白表达的影响。结果亚急性衰老大鼠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平及抑制超氧阴离子自由基能力下降,过氧化氢(H2O2)含量升高,P16蛋白表达水平上调;左归丸对上述改变具有逆转作用,六味地黄丸除对H2O2含量的降低作用无统计学意义外,对上述其他改变均有逆转作用;"三补"药物组可以提高T-AOC水平和下调P16蛋白表达水平,但对CAT活力和抑制超氧阴离子自由基能力的提高以及降低H2O2含量作用差异无统计学意义。结论左归丸和六味地黄丸具有抗衰作用,与两全方相比,恰当的中药配伍对疗效的强度和稳定性具有重要作用。 Objective To analyze and compare the anti-aging mechanisms of the two invigorating yin formulas,Zuogui Pill and Liuweidihuang Pill,with different compatibilities of invigorating and reducing method and Sanbu group which were the main part of the two formulas. Methods The effect of Zuogui Pill, Liuweidihuang Pill and Sanbu group which are the main part of the two formulas on the restraining ability to free radical and expressions of P16 in subacute aging rats induced by D-galactose were detected. Results T-AOC,the quantity of CAT and the ability of restraining superoxide radical anion were cut down and H2O2 and the expression of P16 were up-regulated in subacute aging rats resulted by D-gal. The changes above-mentioned were reversed by Zuogui Pill, and so did by Liuweidihuang Pill except H2O2. T-AOC was raised and P16 proteinum expression was degraded by Sanbu group but CAT, superoxide radical anion and H2O2 were not changed markedly. Conclusion The anti-aging function of Sanbu group is weaker than that of the two formulas. It indicates that correct compatibility has important effect on complex prescription of Chinese medicine.
