冠心病患者血清胆红素和尿酸水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血清胆红素和尿酸水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病(CHD)患者55例(冠心病组),冠心病患者再根据病变血管支数分为单支病变组和多支病变组,另选择健康者30例作为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、血清尿酸(UA)及间接胆红素(IB)水平。结果冠心病组患者血清TB、DB和IB水平显著低于对照组,但血清UA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);多支病变组患者血清TB、DB和IB水平显著低于单支病变组,但血清UA水平显著高于单支病变组(P<0.05)。结论血清胆红素水平减低和UA水平升高可能与冠心病的发病有关。
