摘要
海洋软实力是软实力在海洋方面的体现,中国的海洋软实力主要来源于天人合一的海洋文化,和平崛起的海洋发展模式以及与负责任大国相匹配的海洋政策。在和平崛起视阈下,提升中国海洋软实力是维护海洋权益,成为海洋强国的重要路径。而海洋软实力与海洋硬实力既有区别又有联系,正确认识二者关系对提升中国海洋软实力意义重大。
Marine soft power is the reflection of soft power in marine field.China＇s marine soft power mainly derives from the marine culture of the harmonious relationship between man and nature,the development mode of peaceful rise and the policies matching up to a responsible power.In view of peaceful rise,to enhance China＇s marine soft power is of great strategic significance,which is an important path to maintain China＇s marine rights and ensure its status of a strong marine power.Marine soft power is both related to and different from hard power.The correct understanding of the relationship between the two attaches great significance to China＇s marine soft power.
