网络文化的发展日新月异,其巨大的影响力无以伦比,其中也会对青少年的思想道德建设造成一些负面影响。网络文化的纷繁芜杂、自由开放、虚拟匿名会致使部分青少年价值观迷失、人际关系淡漠、诚信缺失。只有打造良好的网络文化环境,加强青少年网络素养教育,加强学校制度建设,政府、学校、家庭、社会四者相互配合,才能趋利避害,真正发挥网络文化对青少年的积极作用。

Since the network culture is developing with the each passing day, its tremendous influences are incomparable, which especially cause some negative impacts on the construction of the ideological and moral education of young people.The complication, freedom, openness and virtual anonymity of network culture will lead to the loss of value, the indifference of interpersonal relationship and the absence of credibility of some young people. Therefore, we should create a good environment for network culture, intensify the quality education on network, strengthen the construction of school systems, and co-operate with government, schools, families and society. Only in this way can we draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages of network and can the network culture play a positive role in the healthy growth of young people.
