复方益母胶囊的提取工艺研究

Study on extraction process of Compound Motherwort Capsules

目的研究复方益母胶囊的提取工艺,确定有效成分提取最佳工艺。方法采用不同的提取方法,利用不同浓度的乙醇进行醇沉,考察处方中益母草的提取工艺;采用不同浓度的乙醇进行醇提,考察处方中当归等三味药材的提取工艺。结果益母草采取水提醇沉法和60%的乙醇醇沉,提取的水苏碱含量较高;当归等三味药材采用70%乙醇进行提取,出膏率高,干粉吸潮性小。结论该提取方法操作简单,有效成分提取率高,能充分保证复方益母胶囊中有效成分的含量。

Objective To study the extraction technology of Compound Motherwort Capsules for better digestion of its effec- tive components. Methods Different extraction methods with different precipitation concentrations of ethanol were adopted to in- vestigate the extraction process of motherwort herb;alcohol extraction with different concentrations of ethanol were adopted to in- vestigate the extraction process of three medicinal materials. Results The dissolution of effective components was high with water -alcohol precipitation method at 60% ethanol concentration for motherwort herb;the extract rate was high and the dry moisture absorption was small with alcohol extraction method at 70% ethanol concentration for other three herbs. Conclusion The extrac- tion method was simple to operate with high extraction yield,and it can fully guarantee the content of active ingredients in Com- pound Motherwort Capsules.
