摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定柏子养心胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Watres Sunfire C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.8%冰醋酸溶液(22∶78)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为320 nm,柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸线性范围为0.011～0.022 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为97.45%,RSD为0.58%(n=9)。结论本方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可用于本制剂的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Boziyangxin Capsules. Methods The waters Sunfire C 18 （4.6 mm× 250 ram,5μm ） was used with methanol - 0.8% acetic acid （ 22：78 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^- 1, the detection wavelength was 320 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of ferulie acid was 0. 011 - 0. 022 mg · mL^- 1 , the average recovery was 97.45% and the RSD was 0.58% （ n = 9 ）. Con- clusion The method was sensitive,accurate and it can be used for the determination and quality control of Boziyangxin Cap- sules.
