摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定前列欣胶囊中芍药苷含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-0.1%磷酸二氢钾(0.1%磷酸)溶液(15∶85)为流动相;检测波长为230 nm,测定芍药苷含量。结果芍药苷在7.031 2～118.5μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)范围内具有良好的线性关系,空白无干扰,样品平均回收率为98.42%,RSD=1.35%。结论本方法简便、准确、分离度好、重现性高,可作前列欣胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniilorin in Qianliexin Capsules. Methods HPLC was adopted with Cls column,the mobile phase was aeetonitrile -0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate （0. 1% phos- phoric acid） （ 15：85 ） and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The sample of paeoniflorin showed a good linear rela- tionship within the range of 7. 031 2 -118.5 μg · mL^-1 （r = 0. 999 9） ,the average recovery was 98.42% and the RSD was 1. 35%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate with high resolution and good reproducibility, and it can be used for the de- termination of Qianliexin Capsules.
