培养学生就业竞争能力，提升毕业生就业质量是高职院校必不可少的工作。本文对高职院校毕业生就业质量展开调查分析．从调整专业设置、优化人才培养方案、深化课程改革、改善师资结构、加强校企合作、构建素质拓展体系、开展就业指导、拓宽就业渠道等方面促进高职院校毕业生就业质量稳步提升。

It＇s necessary for vocational colleges to develop the graduates＇ employment competition ability and to improve their employment quality. Starting from the analysis of the graduates＇ employment statistics, this article discusses how to realize this from the aspects of adjusting the majors, optimizing the training plan, deepening the curriculum reform, improving the staff structures, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, building a quality development system, providing employment guidance and broadening employment channels.
