摘要
本文针对细长轴一端的高精度矩形花键加工进行了探讨,从矩形花键的结构特点和高加工精度要求分析,分别提出了粗加工、精加工键齿及花键小径加工方案,在车铣复合机床上采用了两种编程方法对该高精度细长轴端矩形花键进行精加工,并对试验结果进行检测对比.最终确定了该高精度矩形花键的加工及编程方法。
This paper discusses the process of the rectangular spline of elongate shaft end with high precision. Through the analysis of the features of the rectangle spline and the requirements of high precision process, this paper puts forward the plan of rough and fine process of shaft gear and that of the path of processing the spline. We use two kinds of programming in the mill-turn to process the rectangular spline of elongate shaft end with high precision, and make contrast with the results of experiments. Finally we ascertain the process and programming methods of the rectangular spline with high precision.
