摘要
本试验以二歧鹿角蕨试管苗为试验材料。研究了基质和覆膜保湿对二歧鹿角蕨无根试管幼苗移栽的影响。结果表明:二歧鹿角蕨的移栽以泥炭土:园土=3:1和不覆膜效果较好。
The effects of matrix and soil mulching of Platyeerium bifurcatum C.chr. plantlets on test tube seedlings transplanting were studied in this experiment, it was showed that the best soil proportion was peat soil： garden soil = 3：1 and no mulching was better for seedlings＇ growth.
