Therefore, it is necessary to reform the systematic battle command model, op- timize the command system, especially strengthen and improve the integration, stabilization and flexibility of the battle com- mand system in order to enhance the command efficiency, as well as ensure the information system-based systematic battle to achieve the best battle effect.
