Undergraduate tutorial system is an important pattern of personnel training. This article expounds some opinions about implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in military academies in the following aspects：the fundamental ideas, the work and responsibility of the tutor, and the management pattern, and puts forward some advises on how to perform tutor＇s duties in the end.
