装备维修保障对战争的胜利起着至关重要的作用。随着高技术武器装备的迅速发展，装备复杂程度日益提高，装备维修保障在现代战争中的作用和地位也越来越突出。美军创新装备维修保障模式和运行机制，率先实施装备承包商维修保障，并取得了良好的效果。在研究美军装备承包商维修保障现状的基础上，深入分析其特点，并从中得出对我军加强装备维修保障建设与发展的启示，为提高我军装备维修保障能力做了有益的探索。

With the quick development of the high technique weapons, the equipment complexity grows quickly. And as vi- tal factor to guarantee the victory,the importance of the equipment maintain support is more and more outstanding. US armed forces innovate the equipment maintain mode and operation mechanism, lead off the implementation of the current situation of maintenance support by the US military equipment contractor and obtain good effect. Based on the study of cur- rent maintenance support situation by the US military equipment contractor, this paper analyzes its development traits, and concludes some enlightenments on strengthen Chinese military equipment maintenance support system construction and development, making beneficial exploration for promoting Chinese military equipment maintenance support ability.
