摘要
目的探讨蛴螬提取物对大鼠光损伤视网膜变性核因子κB(NF-κB)表达的影响。方法将48只大鼠随机分成6组,分别为空白组、模型组、驻景丸组、蛴螬低、中、高剂量组,每组8只动物,16只眼。除空白组外,其余5组均建立光损伤视网膜变性模型,分组给药3周后取材做NF-κB免疫组化检测,计算机系统图像分析结果并进行统计分析。结果与模型组比较,蛴螬中、高剂量组的NF-κB积分光密度和核转位数增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛴螬通过增加NF-κB信号通路的活化,抑制细胞凋亡死亡受体信号通路来发挥保护视网膜作用。
Objective To discuss the effects of grub extracts on the expressions of NF-κB and its nuclear translocation in rats’ retinal degeneration by light damage.Methods 48 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups as follows:blank group,model group,Zhujing pill group and grub extracts low,middle,high dosage group,8 rabbits with 16 eyes in each group.Except for the blank group,the others were made retinal degeneration model by light damage.After treated for 3 weeks,all rabbits were taken specimen to check NF-κB expression levels by immnohistochemistry.Results were analyzed by computer image system.Results Compared with the model group,optical density of NF-κB and the numbers of nuclear translocation in middlle and high dosage grub group were increased significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion Grub can inhibit apotosis receptor signal pathway to protect retina by activating NF-κB signal pathway.
