摘要 为了探讨深井巷道底臌合理的控制方法,根据龙煤矿业集团鸡西分公司东海煤矿实际工程现状,对二水平五呆区下山32号煤层顶底板进行现场取样和力学参数的实验室测定,并运用ANSYS进行数值模拟,通过对东海矿深部弧形底角巷道与直墙拱形巷道的应力分布状况对比.结果表明弧形底角的巷道设计能够改善巷道围岩的应力分布状态,减小巷道围岩破坏范围及两帮与底板变形量.工程实践表明,东海煤矿底臌问题得到了有效控制,保证了巷道稳定,取得了良好的效果,为解决类似条件的深井巷道底臌问题提供了新的思路. In order to investigate the reasonable controlling methods of floor heave in deep roadway, based on the actual engineering situation of Donghai coal mine in Long Coal Industry Group, Jixi Branch, this paper gets the field sampling from 32# coal seam' s roof and floor in the second level No. 5 Mining Area with downward mining, then it tests the mechanical parameters in the laboratory, and it uses the software ANSYS for numerical simulation by comparing the stress distribution of deep curved bottom feet and straight wall arch roadway in Donghai coal mine. The results show that the curved bottom feet design can improve the surrounding rock' s stress distribution and decrease the surrounding rock' s damage range and the two sides and floor' s deformation. The engineering practice show that the floor heave problem of Donghai coal mine has been effectively controlled, it achieves good results, guarantees the roadways' stability, and provides a new way to dealing with similar problems of floor heave in deeo roadwav.
